He's actually survived many more than that, we just didn't hear about it. In fact, I heard about two that happened where news cameras weren't watching. One was either the evening after he got his ear shot, or a day or two later, where Trump's private jet had to land early because "something was wrong" with the gears.
I also heard about another incident that happened sometime shortly after 2020, where someone tried piloting a drone armed with guns over at Mar-a-Lago, and tried shooting at Trump through the windows of his private bedroom. Only trouble was, he had prepared for this sort of thing years ago and the windows were bullet-proof. Due to the drone being short-range, his security detail probably caught the perp piloting it.
It should also be noted that during the campaigning of last year, there was a rather disturbing incident where Trump was on stage at a rally, and someone apparently fired an invisible ray of some kind at the people behind him. The people in the first two rows behind Trump were hospitalized and experienced symptoms similar to a sunburn and their sight was temporarily (in some cases, it was permanently) messed up. It was a message to Trump from America's enemies as to how easy it would be to kill him with invisible lasers.
