Exaggerates shooting , says "Blood was pouring everywhere"

That speech was one of the most whining, sympathy-seeking speech I've ever heard.

Boohoo, you got a little scratch on the ear. There was no blood "pouring" anywhere.
There was barely any blood. Theodore Roosevelt was shot, STILL DELIVERED HIS SPEECH, with a bullet still lodged in his chest.

This is how Trump reacts to a little scrape. I got scrapes on me knee when I was 5 years old that had more blood than that, only I didn't cry about it as much as Trump.

Could have used the moment for unity, but instead he whines about his little scrape on his ear.

He's not going to win any independent voters whatsoever with circus performances like that.
When Republicans can't even win in the Midterms they have zero chance of winning a general election.

OK dipwad. He was referring to the whole scene. There WAS blood everywhere! From the two who were seriously wounded to the fireman who took a round to the head. There was also brain matter.
Blood was also seen on people’s clothing and faces.

You know nothing about the result of Trump’s ear. A “little scrape”? The bullet took a part of his upper ear. As per the doctor who treated him:

"It was far enough away from his head that there was no concussive effect from the bullet, and it just took the top of his ear off." The doctor went on to detail the appearance of Trump's ear without the bandage: "It was bleeding like crazy because the ear is pretty vascular and bleeds pretty badly."

Have some dignity man.

That speech was nuts. First he piously lies about his near-assassination as if it were ordained by God that he survive, to more lies about unity in America. Then he segues to the usual bombast about crazy Nancy Pelosi, and Hannibal Lecter, for Christ's sake.

"Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest?" Thought I'd just add a line from Becket, Peter O'Toole speaking of Richard Burton's Thomas Becket. The sentiment fits the situation so well. Will no one rid us of this lying, cheating, grifter, Trump? Gretchen Whitmer, perhaps, or Gavin Newsom. Even Kamala Harris. They would all clean Trump's clock.

reply

A real biker would clean your clock KBiker.

Bikers support President Trump.

Trump will win.

MAGA

reply

Did you really expect him to do a straightforward speech? He exaggerates the circumstances all the time to make himself feel special. It's hardly a secret.

reply

“It's a tremendous shooting. Really tremendous. Unbelievably tremendous.
But we're bleeding a lot. A lot of blood. Tremendous blood. And we're bleeding the blood quickly. Really quickly. It's going to be great blood. Really bloody. Believe me.”

reply

🤣

reply

There was blood coming out of his whatever, dammit!!

Haters gonna hate

reply

I've had nosebleeds that were more bloody.

reply

Oh goodie, you guys can add it to your list of lies, right along with 'two scoops' of ice cream, and 'my golf course is the best'...stuff like that. You've got him, don't give up!

reply

Ever noticed how according to some of his cult followers, Trump never says ANYTHING. Ever.

Apparently, he's never commented on anything to anyone at any time.

How does he persuade people to vote for him when he doesn't ever actually speak or reveal his thoughts? (Maybe they don't and the votes are fake.)

If Trump was Jim Jones, some of you would be standing there over the bucket of Kool Aid, scooping up a ladleful and saying "Pfft. More lies. Show me where he told everyone to drink the stuff", before chucking it down your throat. Then "What about Hunter's laptop?" as you lost consciousness.

reply

First election he won on the issues, ie trade and immigration.

This election he needs to win because otherwise, it validates the anti-democratic tactics of the authoritarian left.

reply

"LAW AND ORDER!"

"Mr Trump you're under arrest for felony fraud"

"The left is so authoritarian"

What did the left do? Install a SCOTUS that decided that whatever the President chooses to do as an official act cannot be prosecuted as a crime?

reply

Charged him with host of nonsense including dozens of out of statue of limitation shit.

Those were clearly politically motivated. That's a massive violation of not only his rights, but hte rights of his supporters to an election free of interference.

So, yes, very authoritarian. A vote for Harris is a vote for Authoritian abuse of the courts as a form of election tampering. ANd AGAINST civil rights.
