Everything else in the campaign is irrelevant. The election boils down to this 1 thing.

Under Biden, Trump ordered Republicans to block a bipartisan bill that would limit border crossings. Trump wants the crisis to continue and worsen so he can campaign on it. He cares about nothing and no-one but himself.
And you fell for that? The Biden border bill you're referring to sent more billions to Ukraine, the border was a footnote. THAT is why they voted against it.
We don't need a fucking border bill. We need the executive branch to do their job and enforce the law.
Trump tried in vain to build a border wall and Congress fought it tooth & nail. Biden stopped any wall construction and sold off the raw materials for pennies on the dollar.
The only way to fix the border is fleets of murder drones and that's simply never gonna happen.
