Leftists -- those who are the movers and shakers, anyway -- aren't saying that, by and large. There's widespread panic, and a lot of talk about trying to talk Biden out of running and allowing them to pick someone else at the Convention who stands a chance of winning. Biden's backers will say he beat Trump once, but they're not seeing how much Biden has deteriorated in the last four years. Most of the rest of the country has, though.

Okay then push for disqualification under this rule in the Constitution!!

Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States:

Trump was impeached for citing the insurrection of January 6th.

Some folks say he panicked. This was just a debate. What if he freezes when they tell him Iran's launched nuclear weapons in the Middle East? We need someone in there that doesn't freeze and whose mind is clear. These are the basics, and Biden isn't up to them.

Oh -- and Trump asked his supporters to go to the Capitol and demonstrate "PEACEFULLY." He even stressed that word. I would agree he shouldn't have asked them to demonstrate at all. Leave that kind of idiocy to Democrats.

I have known all along with these two abysmal choices we have that I will not vote for either Trump or Biden.

Biden just firmly cemented my fear that he is not up to the task of POTUS and leader of the free world. I shudder to think of him with that power even now, let alone another four years. YIKES!!!

Trump continues to be the perpetual, habitual, pathological liar and convicted felon that he is. His narcissistic self is not good for our country or for relations with our allies.

I hope the Dems nominate someone other than Biden. Then I may cast a vote for POTUS. I am a registered Republican but just cannot support Trump.

When Obama was leaving the presidency, he told Trump the biggest headache was North Korea. Trump handled North Korea beautifully. Every other President was scared to death of both Kim Jung Un and his father. Not Trump. Kim heard enough of your nonsense, but he couldn't be sure that Trump was all bluff. He caved. Look at results.

One of the idiotic things Biden said last night was that old "kids in cages" trope. Okay, where does Biden put the children when he's vetting the adults? In with the adults? They may not be related. That's part of what the vetting needs to find out. Separating the kids into places where they can be observed and kept safe is what Trump needed to do. I guess Biden isn't even doing the minimum. We know there's child trafficking going on. Sure would be nice to keep the children away from the traffickers, wouldn't it? But you say "kids in cages" and automatically people lose it. 🙄

Biden caved in during the debate; nerves took over and he truly has had cognitive decline since he became president.
