So Trump did not lie to Deutsche bank, but he lied to others. How does Deutsche bank's high opinion of Trump clear him of violating any laws at all? How does this disprove anything Trump lied about?

Engoron, who is hearing the case without a jury, already ruled before the trial that the company’s financial statements were fraudulent and is requesting a receiver be installed to “dissolve” Trump’s entities in the state.

This headline was just meant to attract Trumpers, they are a big demographic and we know that the media will say ANYTHING for money.

It was just last week, the judge found Trump and his sons and 10 of his companies liable for fraud. In order for a judge to do that, hey HAVE to have really strong evidence that he committed a crime.

This case has very little to do with the Deutsche Bank. It's about Trump blatantly lying about his assets and the fact that he valued the Trump Tower apartment as if it were three times its actual size and worth $327 million, and estimating that Mar-a-Lago was worth up to $739 million though its assessed value was no more than $28 million.

The trial is about reviewing his falsifying of business records, insurance fraud and conspiracy. These are things that he actually DID, again it's not about Deutsche Bank.
