In any event this would be a good idea if the Democrats don't steal yet another election through built in Fraud, especially since the illegal immigrants currently coming into the U.S won't need a credible I.D to present when voting in 2024 and will be allowed to no matter if they're registered or not..

Anyone can be indicted for anything.

Those indictments would not prevent him from becoming speaker.

The YT video posted by the other TDSer in this thread shows that he didn’t confirm nor deny to accepting the position; besides, a while back he mentioned that he had no interest in becoming speaker.

It's not happening. It may not specifically state that the speaker be from the House of Representatives but it's understood that's where the Speaker comes from. The House is not about to surrender that power to an outsider.
