Seriously, who, aside from the MAGA base, wants to vote such a divisive and disruptive candidate like DJT into the White House, particularly after last time he was in? Even a lot of the GOP people consider Trump to be a liability at this point, and all Democrat and other Americans don't want to see him back, so even if Trump isn't in jail and still is eligible (which is another matter) then it's highly unlikely he'll be "prez" again.
