He's had the classic Parkinson's Gait since he was installed. The walk is stiff and they fall frequently. Anyone who lives with or treats patients with Parkinson's recognizes it.
I am not a supporter of Biden or the left but........Biden looked quite spry to me early on in his presidency. Not now, however, but early on in his presidency, he would trot quite a bit. I'll bet that trotting was to give the impression that he was physically fit.
