The photos between the covers of this book document Donald Trump doing more for this country than any other president in this century. See him negotiate trade deals, speak to Congress, work for every day Americans, make peace with foreign leaders, and bring troops home from overseas. reply

You must be smoking some really good shit.

reply

naw, not anymore...

Trump 2024

reply

😂 Lol, no.

reply

yeah, sorry, but thats what the book says...

reply

The book is wrong.

reply

Which one?

reply

books never lie...

reply

The bible does.

reply

no

reply

OK, so the Earth was created before the Sun?
I don't think so.
And that's one bit from Page 1.

reply

from Genesis? yes, why would it matter if the sun was created first?

reply

Genesis states the Earth was created first.
Which is what I said.
So the bible lies.

reply

how is that a lie? I am not understanding what you are trying to convey....

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

reply

Then in the next verse he creates the Sun.
After the Earth.

reply

yeah I know, how is that a lie?

reply

You believe that planets are formed before the Star they orbit?

reply

yes, why would it matter in the creation of the universe?

reply

Our Sun and it's planets were not formed at the start of the Universe.

reply

interesting, how was the universe formed and what celestial objects were created first?

reply

You tell me.

reply

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

6 And God said, “Let there be a vault between the waters to separate water from water.” 7 So God made the vault and separated the water under the vault from the water above it. And it was so. 8 God called the vault “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.

9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.

11 Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so. 12 The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. 13 And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

reply

And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the vault of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

20 And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.” 23 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.

24 And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: the livestock, the creatures that move along the ground, and the wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so. 25 God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

reply

So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. 3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

reply

That was written by goat herders about 4,000 years ago.

reply

how did the universe and everything in it come about?

reply

No one knows for certain.
But it wasn't some being going 'Shazam!' and doing it in 7 days.

reply

you said the sun and planet werent formed first and now you dont know?

actually it was 6 days.

what existed before the universe was created?

reply

You are just trolling.
Not very good at it either.

reply

if the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into?

reply

Space abhors a vacuum, which is why DJT's head continues to get filled with conspiracy theories. 🤣

You're welcome.

reply

any ideas on the order of the creation of the universe?

reply

I'm not an astrophysicist.
Neither were the goat herders who wrote the bible.
6 days or 7 days. Who cares. It's not how it happened.

reply

how did it happen? was our sun created first?

reply

Are you asking about the start of the Universe, or the start of our solar system?

reply

how did our solar system start?

reply

Our solar system formed about 4.5 billion years ago from a dense cloud of interstellar gas and dust. The cloud collapsed, possibly due to the shockwave of a nearby exploding star, called a supernova. When this dust cloud collapsed, it formed a solar nebula – a spinning, swirling disk of material.

reply

I assume the universe already existed at this point? so basically you are saying space dust and space water was floating around and magically created a Sun and 8 or 9 planets. also I assume you are saying the Earth formed from space dust at the right distance from the Sun and somehow it started to rotate on its own and then somehow it started to orbit the Sun. luckily for us, everything to sustain human life magically came from nothing. also luckily a moon was created to provide light at night and also luckily other Suns(stars) were created to help us navigate on land and sea. somehow a single cell organism magically came from nothing and then went on to create every living thing on Earth. your version makes sense now. 🙄

reply

Please explain, what is what is space water? Nebula clouds are not the same as clouds on Earth.
Where did you get that idea from?
Physics is not magic. The planets formed millions of years after the Sun was formed.
Your knowledge of basic gravitational forces is pedestrian.
As I have already said, the bible is full of stories written by goat herders who knew nothing about science and besides, the god they made up is a narcissistic genocidal maniac.
I won't bother with the stupid emoji. But using space water as a critique would deserve one.

reply

where did the water on Earth come from? why do we have salt water and fresh water? how and when was our Sun formed? when was the universe formed and how? where did all the metals on Earth come from? why are there so many other Suns(stars) in the universe? how come our moon doesnt rotate? how did gravity form and why?

reply

Magic sky daddy blinked and it all appeared!

https://media.tenor.com/Q1bbOfNl4AUAAAAd/jeannie-idreamofjeannie.gif

reply

it took 6 days actually.

reply

I recall learning in Sunday school that the "6 days" timeline was not to be taken literally...

reply

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.

they are partially right.

reply

Precisely...

reply

yup...

reply

Do some science.
Debating you is like talking to a 5 year old.

reply

scientists explain the creation of the universe with the big bang. what existed before the big bang?

reply

They don't know.
What existed before god

reply

God has always existed. the big bang was God creating the universe and everything in it.

reply

Proof?

reply

the Bible and faith.

reply

That is not proof. All of Genesis is bullshit

reply

Nah, "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" is genius, man!

reply

Baaaaaa

reply

how do you know?

reply

How do you?

reply

faith.

reply

Again, that is not proof.

show me undeniable proof the universe created itself.

reply

Show me undeniable proof a god did it

reply

Bible and Faith.

reply

Again, that is not proof.

reply

show me undeniable proof the universe created itself.

scientists say the universe is expanding, what is it expanding into?

reply

The space where your brain should be

reply

my brain says the Universe was created by God.

reply

That is still not proof.

reply

show me proof the universe created itself.

reply

Stick to my original question. Your the one who claims everything in the bible is real. The onus is on you to provide that proof.
And you can't.

reply

the places and people in the Bible are real, have you tried researching that yet?

reply

Adam & Eve?
Garden of Eden?
Bullshit.

reply

if its not real then I assume you have proof.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_biblical_places

reply

The burden of proof is on you.
You are the one making the claim.
Show me your research.
You can't can you. How sad for you.

reply

show me proof.

reply

The whole of creation is undeniable proof.

https://www.magiscenter.com/blog/scientific-evidence-for-god

reply

That is not proof.

reply

evidence please.

reply

Show me yours. You are making the claim that it's real.
Where was the Garden of Eden?
If Adam & Eve were first, who wrote about it? Were you there? I don't think so.
If Adam & Eve were first, interbreeding creates retards. Humanity would not survive.
Don't worry , I can retort you on this topic for as long as you like.
Either give me proof or let it go.

reply

I have provided proof lots of times, you just reject everything.

reply

You have provided no empirical evidence whatsoever.

reply

I have, lots of times.

reply

No you haven't.
The bible is not empirical evidence.
Try again.

reply

yeah it is. you should read it.

reply

I have read it. Some nice fairytales but mostly full of shit.

reply

What would be considered evidence to You?

reply

Explain how was it that the Earth was created before the Sun. A planet being formed before it's Sun has never happened since.

Where was the garden of Eden.

If Adam and Eve were first, who was there to record it.

Why did Moses spend 40 years going in circles for a distance you can cover in a couple of months at worst.

How did Noah get all those animals on the Ark.
What sort of plumbing was in place and how did he feed them.
Aside from that, Noah is a rehashed fairytale from earlier times about someone called Gilgamesh.
So the bible is plagiarising as well. The shame!

Want to go on to the new testament about virgin births?

Just provide me some decent empirical evidence and I'll be happy to give you that credit.

reply

lol, You didn’t answer my question.

reply

Google the definition of empirical evidence and apply that to the fables told in the bible.
Provide that evidence for the examples I asked for above.
As an example, you could say that Moses was a crap navigator which is why it took him 40 years, but evidence would be one of his team leaders documenting that when it comes to finding the best route from Point A to Point B, Moses is about as useful as tits on a bull. Or perhaps tits on a golden calf statue to add some relevance to my analogy.

reply

So evidence is whatever Google tells you it is.

reply

What a pathetic retort.
Like debating a 5 year old.

reply

I asked you a question and you never provided a direct answer.

reply

No. Google is not evidence. Why would you think that?

You asked 'What would be considered evidence to You?'

My response was empirical evidence that bible stories are true.
Please provide that to me if you believe those stories to be true records of actual events.

reply

No, it was written by Jesus, the greatest American who ever lived! Here's proof...
https://www.reddit.com/r/CrackheadCraigslist/comments/10ywoze/bible_signed_by_jesus/

reply

I will rephrase my original question:
To you, what would constitute evidence for God's existence?

reply

He drops over for a chat and a beer.

reply

But then how would you know that it was actually him?

reply

I would make sure the beers were not in the fridge before hand.
Then he can use his magical powers to make them icy cold.
If he could also summon the best ever pizza out of thin air, that would be handy.

reply

Ah, so a display of magic would convince you, lol.

So if a good magician shows you a couple of magic tricks than you would be convinced that he is a deity.

I noticed that you have not provided a serious answer to my question.

reply

Making beers ice cold from being warm cannot be done using magic in a controlled environment such as my home.
It requires a chemical reaction.
Also, I do know the difference between a human magician and an omnipotent being. lol at you.
Anyway, the burden of proof is yours. You are one saying god exists.

reply

Ha, so to you, nothing would constitute as evidence, so why would you ever ask such a rhetorical question.

reply

Do you not have a basic understanding of English?
I did not even ask a question in that reply, let alone a rhetorical one.
You are the one who believes nothing is evidence of a god. Where is your evidence?

reply

Your response to others is always: “that is not evidence”, and yet, you refuse to provide a serious answer as to what would constitute evidence to “YOU”; therefore, when you ask others about “their evidence”, you are been rhetorical.

reply

That is not the definition of a rhetorical question. Forget that you don't understand that. I don't care.
If God shows up, which it never has in the history of humanity except in fairytales, I'll be happy to convert.
Show me your evidence for this mythical creature.

reply

Why would you convert if you are unable to define what “evidence” means to “YOU”?

reply

Would an omnipotent being turning up and doing some omnipotent stuff not be evidence? There is your answer. Again.

What's your evidence that there is one?

reply

What would be considered “omnipotent stuff” to “YOU”?

reply

Not up to me to prove something doesn't exist.
Back to you. Where is your evidence that it does?
Am waiting.

reply

lol, I didn’t ask you to prove that something doesn’t exist, I asked you, what would constitute as evidence to YOU.

You clearly do not know what evidence is, and you are unable to provide a serious example of what would constitute as evidence; therefore, why would you ask for it?

reply

I already answered your question. Twice.
Now show me your evidence.

reply

lol, No, you have not. You joked about it twice.

How can anyone show you evidence, when you don't know what that evidence should be?

reply

How do you reply to a 3rd grade question like if it was real how would you know?
How would you?
If Jesus came today, how would you know?
You are just deflecting and won't answer my question.
Again, what is your proof that god exists.
Come on. I'm waiting.

reply

You tell me.

Go back to your post history, where that question has been answered several times and your response is always the same: “that is not proof”, because apparently, you don’t know what that proof or evidence should be.

You have deflected several times from answering my question with a serious answer as to what would constitute as proof/evidence to you.

reply

Stop aping my replies.
Show some originality.`
Where is your proof god exists.
It doesn't. It's all fairytales.
Earth before Sun.
Garden of Eden.
Virgin births.
Rising from the dead.
Serious? You believe that horse shit?
Whatever.

reply

So you are clueless as to what should constitute as evidence……got it.

reply

Wrong. Again. You ain't got nothing.
You are always wrong. Just turning sentences around to suit your pathetic agenda.
Typical bible basher.
Where is your evidence?
Waiting.

reply

Why are you so desperate to know what others have when you don’t know what that evidence should be?

Your question is literally one of the most idiotic and imbecilic questions I have seen on this forum.

reply

Pot/Kettle.
Still twisting replies around.
What a hopeless case of denial.
Am still waiting for you to provide evidence god exists.

Nice melt from you, by the way.

reply

Hi Demon......there is NO evidence that God exists. Theists can not ever, in the history of man, produce evidence that God exists. They have blind faith and that is all they have.

I will answer tvfan's query, "what would make me believe there is a God?" My answer:
When a person loses a limb, for whatever reason, wouldn't it be reasonable to expect that person to want that limb be regenerated and fully functioning? Who wouldn't want that? Right? Theists believe God is all loving and omnipotent and should have the ability to make the missing limb regenerate. My point is, has there EVER been a DOCUMENTED case of a limb regenerating in the history of the world or even in our lifetime? That answer is a big resounding NO!

Why is that? Because there is no deity who is omnipotent and has those powers to do such a thing. I have no doubt there have been many theists who have lost a limb or limbs that have prayed their hearts out for God to give them back their missing limb. Sad but true.

The reality is, for me, there is no God.

reply

Actually, there is a Lizard in Australia that can lose it's tail when attacked and it re grows....
But I do get your point!
The drop tail is a thing of nature & evolution.
Not some entity going 'shazam' your tail can regrow.

reply

Reptiles have that ability. Humans......not so much.

I'd like to see rebuttal to my answer from the believers of this forum.

This is way off topic but it is a very interesting discussion.

reply

Idiotic reasoning. Guess what? There are for sure millions of people out there who nearly lost a limb but God helped them to recover. Proof that God exists. All these wannabe atheists are just so ridiculous...

reply

Nice melt

reply

Sorry, Don't buy your reasoning. God did NOT help anyone to recover from nearly losing a limb. Those people can thank modern medicine and intervention for saving their limbs. God had NOTHING to to do with it. Sorry.

Again.......has there ever been any person in the history of this world as we know it that has regenerated a missing limb because they prayed to God? Uh. that answer will be a resounding NO!!!!!!!!

BTW......I'm not a "wanna be atheist". I am an atheist and have been since I was old enough to discern between reality and fairy tales.

reply

You ARE a wannabe atheist. Why? There is still that golden calf you believe in, named "modern medicine". Real atheists believe in nothing.

reply

So WRONG on every level. Definition of an atheist (also known as without theism).......
a·the·ist
noun
noun: atheist; plural noun: atheists

a person who disbelieves or lacks belief in the existence of God or gods.
"He is a committed atheist"

Atheists absolutely do believe in science. I am done with this discussion with you. You don't have enough knowledge on this subject. BYE!

reply

Science is a golden calf as well.

reply

science also changes with time...

reply

[deleted]

There is no such thing as God. He is just one of many fictional characters in a book of fairy tales called the Bible. Aren't you a little too old to believe in imaginary friends?

reply

I'm a non believer too. Have not "believed" since I was old enough to understand the birds and the bees. Nothing about those "stories" seemed possible to me. Today I hear all that crap is just symbolic but I know people who really believe in that stuff. Ridiculous.

reply

Jo Willie & TV Fan to mention a couple.
Wankers.

reply

what stories did you not understand?

what if you tried to explain a cell phone to someone in 1910? the story would seem impossible.

reply

why do you type the idiot "lol"?

reply

lol

reply

i am guessing you have never gone to history class, nor have you ever taken a psychiatric evalutation. i recommend both.

reply

yeah, I took history in HS and in College. but Trump wasnt President back then. I think we all could use a psychiatric evaluation. we are consumed by our phones and social media. I miss the old days...

reply

okay boomer, just reject science then. i too miss the old days when people rarely lived past 50 due to disease and black people stayed on their side of town. ah yes,

reply

thats not what I meant, but thanks for thinking for me...

reply

Science?

reply

God Bless Donald Trump

reply

yup

reply

Yeah, because Americans don't really need bump stocks or due process.

reply

TRUMP 2024

reply

What else are you willing to give up without compensation if Trump is re-elected?

reply

wont have to give up anything. Trump is freedom.

reply

So no one had to give up their newly contraband machine guns? No one was arrested for bump stock possession? You trust Trump not to continue to push for gun confiscation without due process if he is re-elected?

Or will you be like others and just say that no one needs (insert any banned item here) after Trump has them banned?

reply

why doesnt Joe just unban bump stocks? why else did you vote for him?

reply

Because Biden is an anti-gun like Trump is, that is why he will not do anything to ease restrictions on gun possession. Trump is just better at grabbing guns compared to Biden.

I didn't vote for Trump or Biden. What makes you think I would vote for either of those two clowns?

reply

why do you hate Trump so much if dementia Joe is worse? 99% of your posts are about Trump or republican's which means you are a democrat that supports gun grabs.

reply

Why can't I hate them both? I don't see very many posts bragging about how good Biden is, so I don't spend as much time complaining about Biden as I do Trump.

Have you seen my posts about Trump and Biden's gun control agendas? I complain about both. You are the one who is denying that Trump is a gun grabber.

Why do you think I support gun grabs when I complain about their gun grab agendas?

reply

you hate Trump more, which is TDS. and you never complain about biden or all the terrible things his administration is doing. havent heard a peep from libtards complaining about the DOJ leak. neither do they say anything good about Joe.

what’s the US military doing in Africa? It’s an enigma, wrapped in a riddle, straitjacketed in secrecy, and hogtied by red tape. Or at least it would be if it were up to the Pentagon.

Ten years ago, I embarked on a quest to answer that question at TomDispatch, chronicling a growing American military presence on that continent, a build-up of both logistical capabilities and outposts, and the possibility that far more was occurring out of sight. “Keep your eye on Africa,” I concluded. “The U.S. military is going to make news there for years to come.”

why are we sending troops to Africa?

what are your thoughts on BRICS?

reply

You're lying when you claim I never complain about Biden.

Wikipedia has info on it. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Africa_Command

During the Trump administration;

In 2017 the U.S. Africa Command was operating along five lines of effort:

Neutralize al-Shabaab and transition the security responsibilities of the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) to the Federal Government of Somalia (FGS)
Degrade violent extremist organizations in the Sahel Maghreb and contain instability in Libya
Contain and degrade Boko Haram
Interdict illicit activity in the Gulf of Guinea and Central Africa with willing and capable African partners
Build peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance and disaster response capacity of African partners

On 18 March 2019, AFRICOM conducted an airstrike over Mogadishu, Somalia aimed at "the terrorist network and its recruiting efforts in the region", specifically referencing al-Shabaab. AFRICOM reported that the number of terrorists killed by this airstrike was 3, but this fact, as well as how many civilian casualties there were is still under dispute.

reply

I dont see any whining going on on the biden boards. you need to step up your game.

reply

I can't help it that your eyes are closed. You ignore most of what people say on the Trump board, so why should I be concerned about what you can't see on the Biden board?

reply

I just ignore stupid and people that are trolling. its been over 2 years now and people with TDS are still whining about Trump hurting their feelings.

reply

So when Trump brags about sexually assaulting women as a perk of wealth, grabs guns, lies about the things he does, he is just hurting my feelings and not actually doing anything wrong?

Why are you so approving of the bad things he does?

reply

he didnt assault anyone and a bump stock is not a gun, and he doesnt lie, thats just what the media tells you.

why do you approve of dementia Joes DOJ leak?

reply

I don't really approve of anything Biden does. Have I ever said so?

Trump brags about assaulting women; was he lying?
Trump claims those words were his own. https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/784609194234306560?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E784609194234306560%7Ctwgr%5E49458df94573a8ce0285ef57c01449d114fa585c%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2F2016%2F10%2F07%2Fpolitics%2Fdonald-trump-women-vulgar%2Findex.html

Trump says he banned bump stocks by classifying them as contraband machine guns; was he lying? Is the amendment to the CFR he ordered the ATF to write not real?

https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2018-12-26/pdf/2018-27763.pdf

On February 20, 2018, the President issued a memorandum to the Attorney General concerning ‘‘bump fire’’ stocks and similar devices. Application of the Definition of Machinegun to ‘‘Bump Fire’’ Stocks and Other Similar Devices, 83 FR 7949. The memorandum noted that the Department of Justice had already ‘‘started the process of promulgating a Federal regulation interpreting the definition of ‘machinegun’ under Federal law to
clarify whether certain bump stock type devices should be illegal.’

What part of "President issued a memorandum to the Attorney General" do you not understand? This is really simple stuff.

Why is it that almost everyone else understands that Trump ordered the ATF to classify bump stocks as machine guns, except for you?

reply

because a bump stock is not a gun.

if you dont approve of Biden then how come you dont whine on the biden boards?

https://moviechat.org/nm0081182/Joe-Biden

its pretty quiet over there too...its lacking posts about current events. get the party started!

reply

From my link above; "bump-stock-type devices—meaning ‘‘bump fire’’ stocks, slide-fire devices, and devices with certain similar characteristics—are ‘‘machineguns"

What part of "bump stocks are machineguns" do you not understand? Trump says bump stocks are machine guns, why don't you? The ATF and the CFR also say so.

Every time you try to tell me that you are the law on this forum, I hear Judge Dredd yelling " I am the law". You, are, so, stupid.

It is not my fault that you can't find my anti-Biden posts. They're on this sub-forum also. My complaints about Biden are not limited to MovieChat either.

Since there are fewer people singing Biden's praises, I complain about him less than I complain about Trump. Deal with it.

reply

can a bump stock fire a projectile?

if you want to talk about Trump thats fine with me. I like Trump.

reply

That is not how a firearm is defined in the USA. The US Code also says gun frames, silencers and destructive devices are firearms, all by themselves.

The the USA, a thing does not have to be able to fire a projectile in order to be legally a firearm.

You're on of the reason trump likes the uneducated. Trump can violate our 2nd Amendment rights and you keep on lapping up his crap and ask for more.

Here is one of the laws with a definition for a firearm. There are other parts of the US Code that contain more. Notice that a silencer or gun receiver does not actually fire a bullet by itself?

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/921

The term “firearm” means (A) any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive; (B) the frame or receiver of any such weapon; (C) any firearm muffler or firearm silencer; or (D) any destructive device. Such term does not include an antique firearm.

reply

"which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive;"

seems I was right. a bump stock cannot fire a projectile. case closed.

reply

The definition of a firearm is not limited to the single sentence you copied and pasted.

Did you notice that you only copied/pasted (A)? What about (B), (C), and (D)?

What about the CFR I posted? All of those define what a firearm is.

Just how stupid do you expect us to think you are?

reply

Bump stocks or bump fire stocks are gun stocks with a mechanism for bump firing, in which the recoil of a semi-automatic firearm actuates the trigger to allow rounds to be fired in rapid succession, in a manner somewhat similar to a fully automatic weapon.

a bump stock is an accessory and cannot fire a projectile.

reply

But according to Trump, the ATF and CFR, bump stocks are machine guns. Are you going to try and convince us that machine guns are not firearms?

A gun frame and a silencer cannot fire a projectile, but the feds say they're firearms. Do you agree?

reply

doesnt matter, laws can be changed.

reply

The regulations have changed recently.

You know how (or course you don't) a firearm receiver is a firearm all by itself? The receiver is the part that contains the trigger, bolt and firing pin. But there is a problem with the ar-15 as it is split into upper and lower receivers. The lower receiver does not contain the bolt, so legally it was not a firearm, maybe.

The feds said the lower receiver by itself which is why they were only sold by FFL's for the most part. But various witnesses disagreed during court cases.

But it is a moot point now as the Biden administration amended regulations that specify that the ar-15 lower receiver all by itself is a firearm.

But you don't care because you're one of those weirdos who thinks they decide what a firearm is and not federal law.

reply

yes, a receiver, barrel, trigger, firing pin is a gun. they are all needed to fire a projectile.

a silencer and bump stock is an accessory and therefore not a gun.

reply

Federal law does not say a firing pin, trigger or a barrel is a gun. Why do you say differently?

Federal law also says silencers and bump stocks are guns. Who are you to say otherwise?

reply

interesting...its not a gun?

laws can be changed.

reply

Yes they can. But when a president like Biden, Bush and Trump do not want to wait for Congress, they f*ck over American gun owners using the CFR.

reply

thats nice.

reply

So you say. Why are you anti-gun?

reply

I took the barrel and firing pin out of my gun and now it wont work, can you help me get it working again?

reply

You need help understanding what the law says and means. Your willful ignorance is not helping you.

reply

its still not working. I added a bump stock but my gun still wont fire, can you help me?

reply

I added a scope to my gun but it still wont work, can you help me? its currently missing the barrel and firing pin.

reply

You evaded answering my questions. Why?

reply

Except if you're a poc who doesn't vote for him, then you won't be free to have your legally cast votes to count.

reply

You’re insane

reply

More sane than you.

reply

dementia Joe is terrible and has to go.

reply

Vote for Trump.

reply

Yeah, but why are people always posting pros and cons about politics on moviechat's main forum when we have a political thread available? Dont you get enough attention there? It is the proper place to do so.

Let's do a proper Trump Moviechat post:

Best Trump reference in TV: Quantum Leap.

Sam gives an adolescent Trump a stock tip. It was funny and well placed.
