Just looking at these douchey kids, they look like the type of average to below average IQ grunts you'd send off to war, bullies, or future frat boys in college that are pro hazing.

Still douchey acting kids but the perpetrators were from a small group of 4-6 black folks calling themselves Hebrew Israelites who were starting all kinds of trouble with racial slurs and other hateful rhetoric.
