To you, what does it mean to act "presidential"?
Curious what your opinions are of this term.
Myself, I'd say what "presidential" means is to be "respectable" and give dignity to your office.

To know that every thought you have, dosen't necessarily have to be expressed.
Another good one!
shareSo you'd rather have liars that keep secrets from its citizens?

I answered the OP's question. I am not about to engage in the sort of constant arguments that go on here on the Trump board. This is the very reason I don't visit here very often. I only visited here because of the televised news conference in the UK this morning. I thought that perhaps I'd come across an intelligent conversation having to do with it. I should have known I'd wind up being picked apart.
For your info, I'm a Republican, not that it's really any of your business.
Now go look for someone else to take out your frustrations on. I'm outa here!
For the record,I applaud your reservation about coming to the political sections. I'm not easily bruised, but I see (in my opinion) a great deal of unchecked liberal nonsense, and for some sadistic reason I've felt it necessary to involve myself. Rarely is the conversation constructive, and it's hard not to sound defensive from the onset. I apologize if my reply was unnecessarily snarky.
shareYou are Republican and so are George Bush and John McCain. Are you a war criminal too?
shareHelping the country is all I ask. No other nations put their politicians on the high standard that we seem to expect ours to be. I'd rather have an asshole in office who actually accomplished something, rather than a well polished liar who knows all the right things to say on camera, but screws Americans the second they are off.

Lol, should I keep them as high as Bush or Obama, who were terrible presidents and worried about their public image more than the country? Maybe we should stop caring that our President is "orange" and has strange hair and clearly is not a good politician, and see him objectively on his actions. I'm totally fine with that as a standard.

Remember you work for the people, you don’t rule them.
Represent ALL the people not just the ones who support you.
Know and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights as you would your own life.
Comport yourself with dignity, even when doing things others may call undignified.
Lead by example to be your best self.
