Looks like T-rump has had a change of heart over the Second Amendment. Here's what he had to say yesterday at a meeting with lawmaker on gun safety, which has Rethuglikkans in a tizzy:

“Take the guns first, go through due process second,” Trump said. "Take the firearms first and then go to court. I like taking the guns early, like in the crazy man's case... take the guns first, go through due process second."

Yes, he wants to take YOUR guns away! He wants to trample all over the Second Amendment.
He also proposed raising the age to buy guns from 18 to 21. Rethuglikkans are now fuming.

When he takes your guns away from you, remember one thing:

Liberals will be sending you our thoughts and prayers.

As citizens, if we have our right to defend ourselves taken away, we ALL will need more than thoughts and prayers.

That's interesting Doggie, I never figured you for a big defender of the 2nd amendment. Guess I was wrong about you (once again!)

But did the President really mean the guns of private, law abiding citizens when he said (according to you) "Take YOUR guns"? I would think you'd be happy that "T-Rump" wants to destroy private gun ownership.

And "prayers", really, does the left "pray"? I mean do they pray to anyone other than the Almighty Federal government?

As a lifelong republican who voted for President Trump once and who plans to again, I fully support taking guns away from insane folks who threaten others (I own 2 AR's and multiple handguns and am a card carrying member of the NRA).

As a democrat I would think this would worry you. If due process can be put aside for one so called conservative group, just imagine how many places it can be used against the left!

As young citizens, if school students have their right to live threatened or taken away, they ALL need more than thoughts and prayers. Dems have been saying this for years - but all Republicans can do is offer 'thoughts and prayers'.

The President did propose taking guns away first and then go to court. 'Take YOUR guns' was not a direct quote in my OP, as there were no quote marks around the sentence. I added it for extra emphasis.

I believe things should be done properly via Congress, not impulsively by him.

I don't see a whole lotta defense of Israel coming from the left! I recall Hillary (as First Lady) hugging Suha Arafat and listening with sympathy to the woman's asinine accusations that the Jews were gassing Palestinian children. So when you talk about "Hitler supporters", you may want to turn your head to the LEFT! LOL

I am thinking that you are fast running out of common sense arguments and just resorting to silly insults.

Well I HAVE been following the fact that Trump has a Jewish son-in-law which so far he hasn't disowned or tried to gas!

I also followed Pres. Trump's decision to move our embassy to Jerusalem, Israel's capital. Past Presidents, including Dubya, wimped out on that decision.

All types of people follow a President. How is he responsible for that?

Obama had a fan in Bill Ayers. You remember, the former terrorist who liked to blow things (and people) to smithereens.

All of Obama's fans said that he was not responsible for Ayer's actions or beliefs. But boy howdy(!) Trump IS responsible for his followers actions.
How do you figure that? I know you hate the guy and are still in mourning for a lost Hillary presidency, but how is Trump responsible for neo-Nazis? Any synagogues been burned down by Trump since he's been in office?

Maybe you should take a look at the website Magapill.com, which T-rump has 'retweeted' from in the past. The website, which supports T-rump, is best known to conservatives for pushing their anti-Semitic conspiracy theories to the forefront.
