Yet another 'best of the best' leaves the White House

Another winning one of T-rump's 'hand-picked, best-of-the-best' staff members has left the White House as allegations of 'domestic abuse' against him pile up.

Senior staffer Rob Porter, who is in charge of 'the flow of information' to T-rump these days, resigned his position yesterday after his two ex-wives came forth in interviews describing the physical assaults they endured while married to him.

One of his former wives recounted being choked by him, while another told the harrowing story of being dragged out of the shower and the emotional abuse by him. Porter denied the allegations via White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, calling them 'outrageous' and 'simply false'.

He had called it a 'smear campaign' when photos from 2005 of his first wife Colbie Holderness with a black eye surfaced earlier this week. Holderness claims it was the result when Porter 'threw her down and punched her in the face' while vacationing in Italy. She also accused him of throwing her on the bed and forcing her down while he tried to choke her back in 2003.

Porter called her claims 'vile' and 'false'.

Yesterday, his second ex-wife came forward and told reporters of an incident on their honeymoon in which Porter abused her because she declined to have sex with him 'often enough' to please him. Within a year, Jennifer Willoughby left him and filed a temporary protective order against him.

Porter, the current paramour of communications director Hope Hicks, worked as an assistant to chief of staff John Kelly, resigned yesterday. Kelly says he was 'shocked' by the allegations against Porter, and encouraged him to stay on, yet accepted his resignation at the end of the day.

So tired of 'winning'.

Sarah Huckabee Sanders makes me want to puke. Another sycophant boot licker.

reply

She's a lazy-eyed, slack-jawed Spicer.

reply

Awww gee! And here I thought the left was all in favor of "women in power", breaking that "glass ceiling" crappola and all that. But apparently it doesn't count if the woman in question isn't a "boot licker" leftard. If she was on Hillary's staff (e.g. Huma the girlfriend), you'd all be singing her praises, ya bunch of hypocritical jerks.

reply

She would never be on Hillary's staff, so we wouldn't have to worry about that.

And what glass ceiling did Huckabee Sanders break? That honor goes to Dee Dee Myers for being the first (and youngest) Presidential Press Secretary under President Clinton.

The Rethuglikkans fail again!

reply

I didn't say Mrs. Sanders broke a glass ceiling , sorry if I wasn't clear (hey, no pun intended!).

But the feminist movement is "supposedly" all about women gaining power, holding positions of power in business, industry, Washington, competing with men, etc.

But honestly(!) when the woman in question is not a Democrat, she gets insulted and crapped on. It really does not seem to be about "women in general gaining power", only women who the left deems to have the "correct" vision of the world.

Oh, of course I do agree that Mrs. Sanders wouldn't be on Mrs. Clinton's staff. She has scruples, she isn't homely and probably wouldn't sleep with Hillary. LOL

Indeed. And when someone in a position such as Hope Hicks and Sara Huckabee Sanders cover up for a proven wife-beater, it's a sad day in America. Both of them are complicit in making excuses for him and covering up his crimes. Horrible.

Scruples - yes Clinton has those, but Huckabee Sanders does not.

Isn't homely - are you talking about SHS? If so take another look next time she's on your television - and this is hours after being in 'hair and makeup'.

Wouldn't sleep with HRC - I think SHS would do anything for a job.

Exactly!!! All Sanders does is make excuses for that freak in the White House! Her day will come just as sure as his will. Hopefully soon! We don't need WWIII!!!

reply

Well okay Doggie, if that's what you think!

But I could turn it back to Hillary Clinton who did a LOT of covering up for Bill's affairs and abusive behavior towards women.

Sara Sander's job is not about "covering up" for Pres. Trump's personal life (but wife beater? Do you mean him?) Her job is to speak to the press about political matters. Sorry, I don't know who Hope Hicks is.

Clinton "has scruples"... Well now I know you are just messing with me! LOL There are many, many corrupt politicians. I will even agree that a lot of them are Republicans. But Hillary Clinton? She gives a new meaning to word corrupt!

If you think Mrs. sanders is homely, well okay. That's your prerogative. But I strongly suspect you wouldn't think that if she was a Democrat.
Beauty after all, is in the eye of the beholder.
But once again, didn't the feminist movement scold us about judging a woman on the basis of her looks? That didn't affect David Letterman who referred to Sarah Palin as having a "slutty flight attendant" look.

Can't you just admit that if a woman is a "Rethuglican" or conservative that she is fair game to the nasty segment of the left wing?

You don't really think Mrs. Sanders would sleep with HRC do you? Ha!If you think she would then acknowledge that Hillary was willing to sleep with Bill hoping that she would become POTUS.
