There is only one way Donald Trump is great ... great as in huge ... he has gained 100 pounds in the year since he became President ... and that does make him greater, and grosser too.
The guy gets no exercise, he doesn't believe in it, and he eats McDonald's food from a different store without notice because he is afraid he will be poisoned.
