Gabriele Tinti’s wiki page, and all other sources I’ve seen, do not mention any cause of death.

Does anyone know how he died?

The guy was in tons of movies and was married to Laura Gemser, so you would think there would be more information out there.

On the top of the page here on MovieChat it says he was born in 1932.
