Her "straight" past
That thing she had with Robert Pattinson was clearly a showmance. I'm guessing the incident with Rupert Sanders was a PR stunt.

shareTo imply it was a public relations stunt, I think you mean "publicity stunt" makes absolutely no sense at all since publicity stunts are used to generate positive buzz not damage the reputations of everyone involved. To imply it was a publicity stunt would also mean there would have to be a conspiracy by the parties involved, which would be highly unlikely since both Kristen and Rupert Sanders issued public apologies the day after the photos of their indiscretion were published on Twitter--conspiracies are by nature very secretive and kept purposely ambiguous by all the parties involved or it wouldn't be a conspiracy.
And if it were really a publicity stunt and they simply pretended to have an affair and purposely posed for paparazzi as some such as yourself claim, why were they caught after the fact--after Snow White and the Huntsman had already grossed over 95% of its box office take? Neither Kristen nor Rupert were retained for the SWATH spinoff so it makes no sense whatsoever if their moment of indiscretion was faked in order to advance their careers--unless of course their intention for this "PR stunt" was career suicide which would be an even more absurd claim. To say this "PR stunt" boosted the career of Sanders is hogwash. Since SWATH, the only feature film he was chosen to direct was "Ghost in the Shell" which bombed at the U.S. box office and received a rotten rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Sanders also lost millions of dollars because of the scandal which was awarded to his ex wife Liberty Ross in their divorce settlement. Despite receiving lots of prestigious critical acclaim, Kristen has yet to be cast in another big budget film since SWATH.
Some claim that if anyone benefited from this so-called "PR stunt" it was Liberty Ross, who some claim has now become a household name as a result of the scandal. Is their any validity to this claim? While Liberty Ross tried to stage a comeback, most noteworthy was her return to the runway, walking for fashion designer Alexander Wang at New York Fashion week, this pales in comparison to the accolades she received back in 2000 when she was awarded Model of the Year at the Elle Style Awards. And how about Liberty Ross' career as an actress? Did this "PR stunt" boost her Hollywood acting career, which it should have had she become a household name in a favorable sense? While she was cast to play a bit part in SWATH, she has yet to receive another acting role in a feature film after the scandal, or "PR stunt" as you mistakenly call it.
I must admit that many did not know who Rupert Sanders was before the photos of this scandal became viral--yet can you honestly say that his newfound "fame" is one that makes him highly respected and valued or rather, more towards the notorious and infamous end of the spectrum?
And lastly and most importantly, Kristen has recently admitted in no uncertain terms that she was previously in heterosexual relationships, or straight as you call it, which I take to mean she is bisexual: http://www.harpersbazaar.co.uk/fashion/fashion-news/longform/a43015/kristen-stewart-september-issue-cover/
On being in love:
"I've been deeply in love with everyone I've dated. Did you think I was faking it? I've always really embraced a duality. And really, truly, believed in it and never felt confused or struggling. I just didn't like getting made fun of."
On dating men again:
"Yeah, totally. Definitely… Some people aren't like that. Some people know that they like grilled cheese and they'll eat it every day for the rest of their lives. I want to try everything. If I have grilled cheese once I'm like, 'That was cool, what's next?'"

I agree with LL on this. A PR stunt clearly it wasn't as it turned out badly for both of them. Rupert lost some work and Kristen was put through a tough time with it. She got quite bad attention for it as she would have expected to get so I can't see her doing this for attention.
I also don't see her relationship with Pattinson as a studio stunt. The studio didn't need it given how huge the movies were even before the two of them started dating. And I'm sure both actors knew the potential downsides for them would be disastrous if/when found to be studio stunt. Kristen may be dating women now but she's also dated men before so it seems to me that she didn't need to do a studio stunt to date a guy.
And here's the clincher Ron, even before Kristen became a household name, her first serious relationship was with Michael Angarano whom she had dated for four years. How on earth can anyone claim her long-term (by Hollywood standards) relationship with Michael was a publicity stunt since it brought her neither fame nor fortune? Heck, most continue to judge her only by her stint with Twilight, while even several film critics appear to be surprised that she had a career before her role as Bella Swan, discrediting some of the best performances of her career through omission--by failing to mention how great she was in her pre-Twilight films such as The Cake Eaters, Panic Room, Into the Wild and Speak. Sure they praise her post-Twilight roles, yet are often mum when it comes to her work preceding it.
While she did not mention specifically who her "first love" was by name in the following E!Online interview, just a few years ago she still spoke fondly and affectionately of the first person she every feel in love with, which many believe was Michael Angarano:
http://www.eonline.com/news/695344/kristen-stewart-how-falling-in-love-at-a-young-age-inspired-her-work-in-equals
Stewart admitted she thought about her "first love" when making the movie because her and Hoult's characters are not only feeling for the first time, but they also fall in love.
She said shooting the film was "definitely" cathartic. "It's first love," Stewart said. "It's such a grand look at awakening. You take every first you ever had and you bottle it up in a moment and the devastating effect is something like anyone who has fallen in love at a young age has felt."
"Of course" it wasn't always easy revisiting her past, Stewart said. "But that's the whole deal, man...The work that I'm most interested in, it always comes from a real place."
She added, "Unless my heart is not in it, I don't understand why we're there. Every day that's led up to this day has made me who I am...Everything I have, I have put into this movie."
And then she cracked, "Read into that what you will!"

I respect that crazy wall of text move dude...who could even gather their thoughts after such an onslaught..
That was longer than 'Shogun'
Well played!
AND a link too...fuck me running wow...
Not gonna mess with you !
Whatever you just said i totally agree!!!
And just imagine, I did that on my iPhone while driving on the H-1 freeway on Oahu, weaving through traffic and going around 60 mph! Didn't realize I could multitask until I pulled off this stunt.
Speaking of Shogun, this has got to be one of my fave TV miniseries of all time, although I only watched it twice in its entirety, as 547 minutes is a lot to try to fit into a busy schedule and I'm the type who likes to watch a work in it's entirely. That's one of the reasons why I prefer watching feature films as opposed to a television series.
lol youre a madman!!!
Yeah the novel and miniseries are both personal favorites of mine
Im a sucker for the fish out of water/average white dude stranded in an exotic setting type of story...
Please take care and drive safe;)
I for one , have always seen Robert Pattinson as a closet case. His "relationship" with FKA Twigs ain't going too hot either. So if you want to say that the Rupert Sanders thing was a PR stunt, knock yourself out! Something had to be done, Kristen took the heat as the "trampire" and "homewrecker" so Rob can keep his little secret. Now it's probably on FKA Twigs shoulders and Twigs is trying like a motherfucker to get herself out of that.
shareAfter watching Rob in Little Ashes, I've come to the conclusion that he's either a pretty good actor, he's bisexual or both: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWBQQuQ7dJ0
sharetheir both bad actors

She's bi-sexual, looking at it she might lean more towards women then men. But who knows maybe somewhere down the line she might fall in love with a guy. No way would anyone want to come out and say they had a affair with a married man for PR stunt and with a guy who's a nearly two decades older then you. Especially when you are cheating on Robert Pattinson too. That ain't a good look.
shareAfter the Weinstein yachting thing she went full lesbo.
She's obliviously got some mental issues and using lesbianism as a coping mechanism.
I never heard about the Weinstein Yachting thing. What happened there.
I wasn't that shocked that she eventually got with women, she always very tom boyish even in Adventureland, I was half expecting her character to come out as Lesbian half way through it.
Basically, Weinstein brokered a deal to pimp out Stewart to a Saudi prince:

Which was ironically, during the time where she claimed she couldn't get work:
https://www.celebdirtylaundry.com/2014/kristen-stewart-mtv-interview-took-2013-off-acting-roles-0122/
Shortly after that she was plopped into more films, got a bunch of tattoos, cut her hair short and evenetually started going full lesbo.
If you're at all familiar with what goes on with "yachting" or Saudi prince ventures involving foreign women, it usually involves the most depraved acts (un)imaginable. There are a lot of videos about it, called the "Dubai porta potty":
