Should have been Jack Reacher
Seriously!?!? Frickin' Tom Cruise? Ray would have been the perfect Reacher. I always picture him when I read the books. So disappointed.
shareI didn't think Cruise did a terrible job of the role; it's one of my favourite films of Cruise's. However I do completely agree that Stevenson would've been far and away better for the role - streets ahead in fact.
I also, personally, feel he would've been far better for the role of The Transporter as opposed to Statham - Statham being able to do little more than grunt his lines.
Certainly I though Stevenson's portrayal of the Punisher was far, far better than Jane's. But, again, that's just me.
