So they came up with a contrived reason why a Russian would have a Geordie accent in Dexter.

Then I saw GI Joe last night - what accent was that? Sounded American/Australian.....

Having said that I do like him as an actor, just an observation.

beg to differ -just watched dexter series for the first time and because of your comment partic listened out for geordieDidnt catch a trace on one word.He can switch it on in a heartbeat,but he didnt in this.
