Maybe when they looked like little girls. And s/he is entitled to his/her own opinion. Someone's not insane if they think someone's ugly. It's an opinion, there's no facts when it comes if someone is ugly or good looking. Only a stupid person would say that, unless they're joking of course.

I think 14 to 16 was a little awkward for them, but they were not ugly. they are better looking now than two years ago. I worried they would grow up kinda ugly, but they didn't.
