Just discovered him

I just watched "A Little Chaos" last night. I had never seen Matthias Schoenaerts's work before. Right from scene one, he stole my heart :-). He had amazing chemistry with Kate Winslet.

I will definitely check out more of his work. I would love to see "Rust and Bone", which is a movie I knew about before but never got a chance to watch yet. "Bullhead" seems very interesting, too. And, "Danish Girl" is a film I am looking forward to ever since I heard about it. Having read one of Thomas Hardy's novels ('The Woodlanders'), I want to see "Far From the Madding Crowd".

Hope Matthias scales new heights.

I too saw Matthias for the first time in Far from the Madding Crowd. It was a wonderful film, better that the version with Julie Christie. The main characters gave great performances in their roles. The direction was excellent and produced excellent acting from the cast. I also loved the ending and shed a bucket of tears.
