This guy is creepy as hell. Can you name a bigger creep in Hollywood than Dan?

The worst part about him is there are enough rumors out there that it's pretty clear the guy is a creep and he still works at Nick.

He reminds me of that creepy nightclub owner from Twin Peaks. He called himself "The Great Went" in the movie adaption of it.
