In trying to generate some Martin Starr love at the Adventureland board.

I was rudely rebuffed! So I will bring my Martin Starr love HERE...to the Martin Starr board!

I am just expressing how upset I am by the fact that Martin Starr is billed third on the poster for the film, but he appears NOWHERE on it! Also, that some girl who is not billed on the poster (who I've been told over at the Adventureland board is Margarita Levieva and she appears in the trailer next to Ryan Reynolds...so that has earned her a spot on the poster I suppose) gets to be on the poster!

All I wanted to do was generate the love for Martin Starr because I think he is TOTALLY underrated, and all I did was offend someone who thought I was talking about Kristen Stewart and asked me how I could NOT know who she was because she was in Twilight!

I have just rambled on for too long! :]

Martin Starr IS underrated. I'm suprised he hasn't gotten more role since F&G. Every role that he had was gold.

Sadly, Adventureland looks pretty bad.

I haven't logged on in a while....just been a creepy lurker...unless i find something i feel i should post. and while this is by no means important, i am frustrated as all HECK [my language would be more colorful, but it would get censored]

ANYWHO...my post on the Adventureland board trying to generate love has disappeared. Like...NO JOKE! So, now NO ONE is generating love over there from what i saw. Honestly, I don't really care because this movie is gonna draw a whole bunch of twelve year olds that have to try to sneak in because their precious BELLA is in the film. It's really sad that a PHEONOMINAL talent like Martin is going to be looked over due to the hype over Twilight and ANYTHING the stars of that film decide to taint!

I apologize for my tangent!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The trailer makes it seem like another version of Superbad, but it's more comparable to Dazed and Confused. It's about 20 somethings who don't know exactly what they want after college, and they end up working crappy jobs at an amusement park. The film is funny in an understated way. I recommend it.

dude is hilarious, a scene stealer for sure, he was awesome as Bill in Freaks & Geeks & he was great in Knocked Up

he had a good role in Advertureland, but i wished they would've given him a girlfriend or something by the end, because his character's ending was kinda depressing (he has no job, it doesn't seem like he has a lot of friends, the one he just made moved to NYC, no girlfriend, he's still the same loser from the beginning)

Martin Starr is awesome. I was glad his role in this was atleast bigger than in Knocked Up. He really needs to be in more movies, because he's hilarious.

But to the birds, it meant that Supper was Ready

I still haven't seen Knocked Up but plan on doing so this week....he was so great in Adventureland! :)
I love "nerds" haha
especially his character on F&G, and now in Adventureland. :D
