I feel so sorry for his career :-(

Brandon is, like, the most perfectly beautiful man on Earth, and I know he is a capable actor as well. He also seems like a really sweet and charming individual. But the fact that he is saying yes to potentially long-term commitments of Partners quality can only mean that things are just not going well for him professionally.

Even if for some reason Partners gets cancelled, Brandon's still in better shape career-wise than that guy from Smallville ever will be. So the projects he's doing aren't major action films - so what?

SMALLVILLE: 218 episodes...and SuperBlur?

reply

So everything.

I already said what I wanted to say.

He a consistently working actor in TV and film--he's not Brad Pitt, but I see very little to "feel sorry" about.

Most actors would die for his career.

Take a look in the mirror, Jackal. Or better yet, take a look at the two actors' profiles, if you haven't done so.

And before anyone says "Welling is doing fine without acting, he's set for life because of the SV royalties," et cetera, et cetera...name me one actor who has been set for life solely off the royalties of their best-known project.

SMALLVILLE: 218 episodes...and SuperBlur?

Ahem, Jerry Seinfeld. Look up his royalty streams from Seinfeld. It will make your eyes bleed. It's called syndication. But I agree with you completely otherwise - Welling is bland, and Routh has more money than any of us will have in our lives.
