If she was drinking, she may have fell over or 'decided to go for a swim' - being drunk, not good.
They found the boat 3 hours after renting it. Its unlikely with just her and the boy there was drinking. The boy that young most likely had a vest on and stayed by the ladder going up. She swam out for awhile and the boat drifted out further than she could swim back to it.
shareGive the message she had written prior to getting on the boat, it seems more likely than not she took herself out, the message was a sort of good bye type thing.

Not been identified but she is the only person suspected of being missing there. Everyone after awhile dead builds up a gas that will make you less heavy than water. Like that Swiss Army Man movie.

I have a funny feeling she committed suicide, so she might have weighted herself down. May not see evidence for a couple of months if that's the case.
They found her and she wouldn't do that with her son there. Although those 2 women that drove off the cliff awhile back had there kids with them/Granted they was adopted and the women gay that might make them different than the norm.
