Gets to take a vacation almost everyday of the year.

You'd think so but there's a catch. First he has to spend time refereeing the in 100 plus temperatures. Then he has to study all the films and work out with producers what they want to see. He also spend 2 - 2-1/2 hours at each tribal council directing the conversations.

Still better than sitting at a desk staring at a computer for 12 hours a day.

Jeff bought a palace on one of the Fiji islands when the show set up permanent shop there. He is absolutely living the dream. He literally takes a boat to where they got the show set up, parades around and yells at people, and then goes back to his private beach resort.
