That’s too bad. He may not be the most recognizable by name, but older members will almost certainly recognize him from his unique facial features.
Oddly enough, I’m going to say that my favorite appearance from him was when he guest starred in the Andy Griffith show, as Barney Fife’s bumbling cousin, that came for a visit. Some of the expressions on his face (like when he accidentally rammed the broom handle through the glass of the cabinet in the jail house) were priceless!
Rest in peace.
I'm shocked to hear that he was 80. I thought he was in his early 70s for some reason, like maybe 74 at the most.
shareHe was playing boys in his late twenties, Star Trek and lost in space.
shareI was just watching him about a week ago on an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents where he plays a teenager selling Harry Morgan’s character a snake. RIP
