People don't care about how she wants to live her life, what she wants to do to her own body, as an adult woman, or what she wants to call herself.
People only care when they are expected to affirm her personal sense of reality, which doesn't match actual reality, and to be celebratory about it, or face all kinds of real-life consequences.
It's like expecting atheists to verbally pretend they believe in God, even if it defies science and reality to them, so as not to offend people who are devoutly religious and consider Christianity (or Islam or Judaism) their "identity."

I'm an atheist, and I have no problem with religious people living the lives and having the beliefs that fulfill them and make them happy. That's their personal business, and I'm happy for them! However, if they start demanding that I have to verbally say God exists and pretend to affirm their beliefs when I'm around them so I don't hurt their feelings or "invalidate their existence," I say NO.
I don't believe that there's an almighty God presiding over all of us and judging us like a game-show host, and I also don't believe that men can be women or that women can be men. Women are women, men are men, and there's more scientific evidence of this biological dichotomy than there is for almost ANYTHING else. And I will never say or pretend otherwise, no matter how much social pressure is put on me.
I respect you and your thoughts and beliefs. I believe in God but I do not affiliate with any religion. I would never push my beliefs on someone else. If they ask me about it and want to know how I feel, then I answer their questions and give my opinions. That's it.
I worked with a young person who was transitioning from male to female. Although I remembered to call her by her new chosen name of "Cassie" I would often forget and refer to her as him/he/his. She was incredibly sweet about it and never made me feel bad for forgetting but would give me a gentle reminder. I feel good about that because she was so gentle and understanding about it. But I don't like it shoved down my throat and feeling like it's a do it or die situation, if you know what I mean.
I dunno, it's a strange world we live in now. Honestly, I am tired of so many uptight people who find faults in nearly everything. Its like food, if you don't like it, don't eat it. Problem solved.

Lastly, why are they ridiculing and shaming parents who want to add gender to birth certificate or hold gender reveal baby showers? On that last point, imagine if mainstream media ridiculed and shamed LGBT people for having coming out parties. But now it's okay to ridicule women and their rituals involving motherhood.

I'm not incorrectly assuming anything. The "most are just people" you're talking about sit idly by and say nothing to counter so-called "radical political ideology."
In fact, the "most are just people" will brigade the few people who do. For example, there's a porn star called Buck Angel who was one of the first pioneers of sex assignment who was bullied, harassed and slurred for the very thing you're talking about. He explained that he was a transsexual, not a transgender and was soundly attacked on all circles. If you Google him, you can't fine one article among the so-called LGBTQ crowd to defend him.
The whole 'Live and let live' thing is a load of shit in the first place. It sounds benevolent and all, but neither the alphabet brigade nor their psychotic, feral allies practice or even believe in that policy.
See how they act towards people who don't think the same way - for example, Trump supporters. They have nothing but hate and vitriol, if not downright violence for anyone who doesn't accept their ways and tow the line. They bully and cancel people all the time for not adhering to their warped idea of reality. If you have a whole month dedicated to your cause, the backing of the MSM, big tech and global corporations, are able to re-write history while suppressing other people's POVs, get people's careers, reputations and lives destroyed because they refuse to indulge your insanity, then you are not the oppressed, you ARE the oppressors.
Don't get me started on the even more sick motivations behind indoctrinating kids and trying to enact legislation to mutilate them physically after brainwashing their easily influenced minds into believing this cancerous agenda.
I support some of what you said, but "Live and let live" is one of the core principles of America. We oppose the tyrants who hijacked our republic largely because we support personal liberty, not because we want to stamp it out. Don't assume that everyone who suffers from gender dysphoria supports that radical ideology you read about online. They don't.
How is that different from the left thinking that all Trump supporters are minority hating, white supremacists when over 99% of them are just everyday Americans who want a secure border and no illegal immigration? If you're referring to the January "insurrection" (oh brother), that is nothing compared to the FAR greater violence and destruction caused by Antifa and BLM over the last few years, which the left pretends not to notice. BTW, the hate for Trump and his voters started the moment he announced he was running for POTUS, not just after the incident in Jan.
Maybe not all trans people support the radical agenda, but most do and the ones that don't need to speak up and openly oppose legislation that tries to enforce language policing, as well as trying to force people into accepting their ridiculous pronouns and lifestyle choices like wanting to use bathrooms of the opposite sex. Just like how we say moderate muslims should condemn radical extremists and terrorists of their own ilk.

I agree with some of what you say, but I want to point out that the trumpers, Jan 6'ers, Tea Party, and other right wing radicals aren't a minority in the Republican Party, they ARE the party. Since the 50s a group of radicals had the goal of taking over the Republican Party and recruited racist southern democrats to help them do it. 1960s Republicans like Thomas Kuchner called them fascists and it wasn't hyperbole, these were American Fascists who rebranded themselves as "Conservatives" post-WWII. By the 90s they had forced out most of the liberal and moderate Republicans which they called RINOS. I'm sure you think I'm using hyperbole, that I'm a lefty, whatever, but take a long hard look at the current Republican Party, this is American Fascism and if you support it, you are not just an everyday American wanting secure borders.

The average Republican went along with Democrat-enforced lockdowns even while there was ZERO data available showing death-rates from COVID-19 (and before you spout non-sense, I explicitly said death-rates FROM COVID-19, not death-rates that include COVID-19, especially since some health officials were labeling suicides, overdoses, brain damage, and even gunshot wounds as COVID deaths.
