So, I decided to ask my Aunt as she and her husband ran a dairy farm until they retired, over 40 years. She agreed and said that yes female cows will mount other female cows. She said they are not mating they are just mounting because they are "horny". And not diseased or having any other defect. It happens.
I believe her.
Females don't have dicks, why would they mount another cow? No instinct for it. You don't have faux periods do you? No. Yearling bulls are clamped (sterilized) and left in the herd until they are butchered. She's seen steers humping and misremembered them as cows. I'm sure that sometime, somewhere, a cow got up on another cow because eventually everything happens, but to use it as justification for a mental illness in humans is absurd. If anything it would be an argument for homosexuality, not gender dysphoria.
