I haven't been very active on social media and didn't know this incident until I saw somewhere people refering to him as arrogant which really surprised me. I like his character in SN because Sam is more caring and thoughtful than his brother Dean and I've always see him as such but after reading what he had written and deliberating possible interpretation of his words from different angles and I have to admit his image to me is totally destroyed.
What he said was no doubt ignorant and really unnecessary. I guess he's the example of how success and fame can do to a person because his life goes smoothlier than others. Such a shame.
