Yes, there's another of the made-up things the media tried to convince people to be true in order to keep him out of office.
You and I have different world views, and we'll likely never see eye-to-eye on this. I believe that the struggle is top vs. bottom, in that it's the government + corporations + their cronies + the media vs. the rest of us. You seem to think of it as right vs. left, if I read you correctly.
Trump is in direct opposition to that top component, which is why there is such unified and vehement hatred for him from the top. They have lied, cheated, and stole, and tried every possible method to keep him out of office. Yes, he has an almost preternatural ability to muster support and win elections no matter that the top throws at him.
Trump, and the team he has assembled, stand for everything I do, and apparently, based on the recent election, what most Americans stand for. He is:
1. Anti-racist
2. Anti-fascist
3. Anti-censorship
4. Pro freedom of speech
5. Pro-choice, but with the belief that each state should decide its own laws
6. Pro-gay marriage and equal rights for gay people.
7. Opposed to Big Pharma running unchecked
8. Opposed to warehouse and factory farms and chemicals in our food
9. Of the opinion that there are two genders, male and female, and that while everyone is free to live life how they want, as long as they don't harm others, we should keep men out of women's sports and women's bathrooms and locker rooms.
10. Opposed to a bloated corrupt government officials stealing our tax dollars to enrich themselves and their cronies, or to waste on inefficient government projects, and ready to drastically reforming our broken government.
I believe Kamala Harris, and the left, are openly and inarguably opposed to nearly everything I listed, but if friends believe otherwise, I'm fine with it. I may be wrong. If I'm right, it's okay that they are wrong. We can still be friends.
