It kind of looks like a young Ed O'Neill. My video Hound Horror Show book says he is in it. I believe Leonard Maltin even said he was in it. Well it isn't listed on his credits on this board.

shareIt is NOT Ed O'Neill!! Can't believe people ever fell for this, a poorly researched rumour started by Leonard Maltin. Wrong height, wrong hair color, wrong age, completely different voice. There are lots of people in the world with similar features! The 'Bundyology' site quoted by 'keeponwithbrian' is a joke. I love Ed, I love everything he's done - I'm sure he would've been great if in Deliverance, but he WASN'T!!!!!
