I really don't care either way, I'm never going to have the chance to be with him so it's all "whatever" to me. Being gay or not shouldn't have to hurt his Hollywood rep anyway... look at Rupert Mulroney.

Yup, because Rupert is getting the leading men roles Clooney, Damon, Pitt et al drool over, and just raking it in at the box office... oh, wait. He's actually *not* doing any critically or commercially successful movies, save for a few voice gigs. His only role of note is still that one chick flick he did several years ago where he played a... gay character. Rupert Everett is so obscure that people confuse him with Dermot Mulroney. Poor guy.
In any case, I actually know a girl in New York who dated Anson casually (he shuttles back and forth between LA and NY). From what she's told me, he's enjoying the single life, which is to say, he's not attached but not sad about it either.
