I saw 2-3 documentaries on Morrison, which included interviews with girlfriends, and I never detected anything that would lead to the conclusion that he was 'gay.' He was obviously attracted to women, not men.
That said, there's a difference between the 'gay' lifestyle and someone experimenting with homosexuality because they're drunk/on drugs and want to get their rocks off. This, by the way, doesn't indicate that they're "bi" either. Someone who's truly "bi" has sex with women and men on a regular basis.

These rumors could've been started by 'gays' who are hot for Morrison and want to claim him for their team (because they're so pathetically insecure). Some have been doing this with Brando for decades, but there's no proof Marlon had sexual relations with other men. In fact, his autobiography showed that he wasn't 'gay' or bi, but rather focused on his numerous sexual liaisons with women, including several adulteries in Hollywood. Brando was an "I don't give a sh*t" kind of guy so -- IF he had homosexual tendencies and affairs -- he would've been sure to chronicle it in his autobiography, if for no other reason than to sell books. But he didn't do this because he wasn't remotely homosexual. But 'gays' keep dreaming. They're probably doing the same with Morrison.

He might've not care about it but he's publicist and managers did. It wouldn't have sold this guy being the romantic figure that he was sleeping with men. Just like Cruise and Travolta.

Morrison wouldn't surprised me. He acted very queer and dressed very feminine with long hair and didn't do many macho things. He also let he's women sleep with other men and allowed it. Poetry is a heavily feminine area. He never had kids, married, or acted like he's life matter.

Read Brando's autobiography from 1994 and you'll see for yourself he was very much into women, not men. He even told the story when he was working on Broadway as a young man in which a guy came on to him and he readily slugged him.
