I'm looking for a movie that he starred in from the 1980s. it takes place in a futuristic wasteland akin to a mad Max movie. It's not Dungeon Master aka Ragewar. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you. I've been wondering what movie it is since I saw it with my parents when I was little. I really appreciate it.

I think that I actually own that movie on VHS, but have never watched it. Kelly Preston is in that too right?
