Anyone who is not in the UK but is in Europe, if you have an app called FilmOnTV on a tablet (not sure about computers) it allows you to access most public TV channels in the UK including channel 4. I've heard the app exists in the States but apparently it will only give you access to American TV not British though curiously, my app gives me acces to 4 Canadian channels.
