Sadly he hasn’t been the same person since Ryan Dunn died. They should just scrap the movie all together.

It probably honestly for his own good. He's had a rough go of it for a while now. I don't think it's unfair that he got kicked off the project. He had conditions that he didn't follow. Conditions that were for his own good.
