I do believe that this is an actual rule on Twitter. Not to missgender anyone on purpose as in an attempt to hurt their feeeeeeeeeeelingssssss.

It's actually not even a misgender. It's a belief that he doesn't feel that a man is not a woman just because they transitioned. I mean, would Twitter ban someone is they didn't feel the moon landing was real?
