Why does he only work on The Walking Dead?

shareI hate that actors/actress can't get other another acting gig because they are one of the main stars of a TV series. I seen this on TV shows in the past that went on for 10 + years. You would think the main cast members would be getting work like crazy on Walking Dead I expected Michonne and Rick to be getting other acting deals and Norman Reedus (Daryl) all 3 are great actors and actress and I can't forget Carol.
