Current profile pic doesn't do her justice
She was incredibly beautiful. First time I saw her was in the 1960s Casino Royale Bond spoof. Since then I'd seen her in several movies over the years but never particularly rated her as an actress. Then last night I watched Mario Bava's The Whip and the Body and she gave a terrific performance. I've read that her part was originally intended for Barbara Steele, and I could see Steele in the role, but I'm glad Lavi got the job.
