Look no one is saying that WW2 was nice or anything, but come on it was over 60 years ago that this ended and that comment she made just seemed to be so...so...trite. obviously Hitler is dead and she would just be in a movie about it so I don't know how she would even equate that with revenge.

So she would have loved to be able to kill Hitler, and the movie was kind of a symbolic victory for her as a French and Jewish woman. If you have a problem with that, it would seem that you're the moron.
