Is This Guy The Penguin in The Batman?

A critic pointed out that in his make-up as The Penguin in The Batman, the otherwise unrecognizable Colin Farrell looks like ...Richard Kind.

Hah. I knew this guy looked familiar. I remember him as the nutty amateur mathematical physicist in A Serious Man.

It isn't Richard Kind for real in The Batman, of course. Its Colin Farrell.

But once that critic called it -- I couldn't see anybody but Kind in the role.

UPDATE: In his "3 Best Roles" post here, "Gotham" is listed. That's about Batmansville. Is Kind ALREADY playing The Penguin? I don't know. I don't watch.

UPDATE: I looked it up on IMdb. No, Richard Kind doesn't play The Penguin on Gotham. He plays the Mayor.

Mmm, could have been perfect. Barely any make up needed at all. I mean Farrell did a good job, but interesting idea.

He already played the Mayor (no, not Penguin, although Penguin has stood for mayor and even been mayor on a few occasions) on "Gotham".

Ha, I just made a post about Richard being the template that Colin's body suit is based on on the "Penguin" board.
