I don't use sexy as the word for the ultimate in beauty, nor do I use cute. Cuteness and Sexiness are just different types of beauty. Marianna Hill is paedomorphic in my opinion. Paedomorphosis is where an adult has childlike qualities though is obviously an adult and looks like an adult. In short Marianna Hill is someone that makes me go "Aww" when she does her cute expressions. She could also be called sweet.
