shareI see nothing "Bond" about Elba, nor am I a fan of arbitrarily changing a long-established character's race. There's things about Bond that wouldn't be the same if he was black, just like there's things about Shaft that wouldn't be the same if he was white.
Also I don't see Hardy being interested in Bond.

I definitely will not be playing James Bond. I would hate to see myself play James Bond. I love going to see “James Bond” and seeing really freaking cool actors that I admire doing great things. Never say never, but … no. Who would I like to see as James Bond? That’s a different question.
