Did he wear a bald cap as Knock in Nosferatu (1922)?

Seeing as Max Schreck wore one as Count Orlok in Nosferatu, did Alexander Granach wear a bald cap as Knock in Nosferatu (1922)? Or did he simply shave his head?

I can't seem to find confirmation either way.
