She's only 5'1?
I can't believe she's as short as Natalie Portman! I thought she was around 5'6. Some people just carry themselves a certain way I guess, that makes them appear taller.
Emile Hirsch is super short.
However, as another poster said, they do a lot with camera angles and platforms, etc. to make two leads appear to be eye-to-eye in scenes. Cameron Diaz absolutely towers over Tom Cruise in real life, and yet in Knight & Day, they looked to be the same height.
