I agree with him calling out Hollywood's hypocrisy regarding scumbags and unethical corporations, but otherwise, I don't like him.

I know what you mean. I've seen him in two different movies, and didn't like him in either one. His only redeeming quality is that he got run through with a sword in "Stardust."
