sharewow i just watched exodus and i dont agree at all. While i think Joel is a terrific actor, i dont feel that he was good as rameses at all.
I just didnt get that "tortured prince with inferiority complex" from him. It felt more like he was forcing it. I have a feeling it was more the director/writer's fault as exodus itself is a pretty forgettable movie if you disregard its fantastic visuals.
I just did not see rameses as evil or even a villain. It would have been way better if we got to see rameses and moses interact and portrayed as close brothers instead of having him blatantly bad/incompetent from the start.
