Just saw a screening in NYC (my aunt's in the writers guild). Dude, Joel freaking knocked it out of the ball yard!

Fantastic job and he broadcasted serious emotional range.

Definitely gonna check out some more flicks from the fellow.

I agree. Early on i dismissed his part in the movie, thinking he was miscast as an Egyptian. But he proved me wrong. His take on Ramses was ferocious, sexy and the most emotionally charged. The look in his eyes and his fierce commitment during that chase to the Red Sea are memorable images. He did a damn fine job!

He was great! I can't wait to see more of his performances.

I am guessing this thread is a pisstake? He was horrible and terribly miscast to boot.
