Yeah, Yes Man Zooey was prime, peak Zooey Deschanel. I didn't follow her at all until I saw her in that particular film.
And am I the only one who thinks that the New Girl version is almost a completely different person? And I'm not talking about the characters, lol. Obviously they're completely different roles. I'm talking about how Jess looks versus Allison of Yes Man. It can't be age, can it? I mean that was only like 5 years ago, right? Not that Zo looks old or anything, but when I see her in Yes Man, and then see her in a recent episode of New Girl -- aside from the brunette hair and blue eyes, I sometimes feel as if I'm looking at a different person altogether.
