Cutest french actress?

I'd vote her as one of the most attractive french actresses of recent memory (yes I know she's Belgian, yet she is french speaking and appears in mainly french films...). She seems and looks quite coy and has a sunny personality. She's very pretty, but not really over the top sexy, if you know what I mean. I saw her interviewed on the french talk/variety show "Tout le monde en parle" and was quite favourably impressed (she was promoting "Les poupées Russes" alongside the films director and another of it's costars). Did anyone else catch the interview? There's something indescribable about her smile and demeanor, she's really quite alluring. She sort of has a "gamine"/pixie look that seems to radiate beauty (well at least if you like that kind of look as much as I do). Along with Ludivine Sagnier, Judith Godrèche and, to a lesser extent, Audrey Tautou she's one of my favourite french actresses. Am I the only one to think this way?

Hello there,

Very nicely said. Yes, I like Cecile de France very much. Unfortunately, being that I am in the states, it is very hard to find alot of information about her. I have only been able to find one website, which i believe was her offical fansite, but it is no longer being updated! :(
Do you know of any other sites? or where i can purchase some of her other movies? I have already seen L'Auberge Espagnole (god how i wish i could see Les Poupees Russes here in the US!!), Huate Tension and Around the World in 80 Days. In the interviews i have seen/or read she seems like such a sweet chick. I only wish I could find out more about her!

She's actually Belgian, but close enough. She definitely gets my vote for cutest. She's got beautiful eyes and a great smile!

I just saw Around the World in 80 Days and I thought i was a nice film that was funny and had a good heart to it. Cecil looked very beautiful and funny in it. I liked the part where Fogg caught a glimpse of her ankles and the lacy garment she had on and then she caught his eye and sent his tea flying. It was a quite sweet moment. I would like to see more English language film makers use her, but I suppose she must enjoy acting in her native land too much which is understandable.

The problem is there is not much good offers for French actresses in English language films. This is why de France has turned many of them down and stayed in France.
